- 1-2 ounces of whole grains per day
- 1-2 ounces of meat or meat alternatives per day
- 1 cup of milk per day (2 fat contents and 2 flavors must be offered)
- Calorie limits of 550-850 calories per meal
- Fat, sugar, and sodium limits daily
Lunch meal pattern requirements can be found here, and breakfast requirements are here.
Los Gatos Union School District, Loma Prieta Joint Union School District, Mountain Elementary School District, and Lakeside Joint School District all currently share similar menus that can be found here. Many menu items include a link to the recipe and nutritional breakdown.
We reserve the right to change menu items when needed due to supply chain issues, power outages, staffing, and weather.
