Developer Impact Fees  increased on 8/11/2017 per Board Resolution No. 13-16-17 and Developer Fee Justification Study completed in May 2017.

• Square footage calculated by Planning Department. We do not read plans.
• Credit for tear down square footage (residential only)
  • Yes, on a remodel
  • No, on a complete tear down
• Commercial (no tear down credit)
• No charge on garages, storage areas and unfinished basements.
• No charge for residential remodel of less than 500 square feet, but we must sign off on Developer Impact Fee Form.
