Envision LGUSD/Master Facilities Plan
In alignment with our vision of achieving academic excellence through the LGUSD Strategic Plan, the District is engaging in a long term facilities master planning process, named "Envision LGUSD". Envision LGUSD is key to creating sustainable finances and infrastructure for the District through a comprehensive assessment of our demographic trends, physical plant condition and utilization, and a survey of community, parent and staff priorities.
Envision LGUSD is a means to gather information and review the District's educational initiatives including:
- Student Wellness
- STEAM & Social Innovation
- Community & Global Citizenship
- Academic Excellence
- Staff Professional Development & Support
- Sustainable Infrastructure and Finances
We have formed a steering committee of parent volunteers and community members representing each school site and the Los Gatos Community. This group will work closely with 19Six Architects and the District to create a plan that truly reflects the vision for our school facilities. This process will result in a master planning study to present to the board and the public in Spring 2024
