The LGUSD Board of Trustees (BOT) appointed a Citizens' Building Oversight Committee (CBOC) at their November 18, 2014 BOT meeting. The Committee’s charge is to actively review and report on long-term facilities funds in accordance with Board approved projects. The Committee shall ensure that facility funds are expended only for projects approved by the Board of Trustees including the construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation or replacement of school facilities, including the furnishing and equipping of school facilities, or the acquisition or lease of real property for school facilities. The Committee is to confine its review specifically to facility expenditures.
